Lessons for Brittany

My young girl,

You have asked many questions of your auntie…I hope this helps…I love you

Never Give Away Your Family- any person who asks you to choose between them and your family are scum…even if your family was the worst, if a person really loves and respects you they will never ask this or expect this of you….when you are angry with your family hang up/walk away- never say I hate you or threaten the parents (some words can never be taken back and even when forgiven are not forgotten)…my parents and I started doing battle when I was young, I ran away at 13…through the years, it was a point I made (even then) to call once a week- let them know I was alive and safe…at least once every 3 months I would bring my sorry ass to one of them- for them to hug or yell at and for them to see me…these are my responsibility…you see when I die, I do not answer for anyone but me…if they, you or anyone else does not hold up their end, it is they who will have to answer for it…from what I have read in every religion, it is the same…responsibility is a big heavy word and action…it also has much meaning…I have rules for my kids…some strict- do your homework and chores, be polite, use manners- even when others did not…some funky- if you put a cup down at any party get a fresh drink poured in front of you or better yet drink water from a bottle you brought (help prevent people from dropping stuff in to the cup)- do not bring home an animal or a child unless you are ready to help with the responsibility of it…

Yes, after raising 38 children, I do in fact know most of this by heart…usually followed by the remark- “You think you know everything”…I do not know everything but, after 38 children…I have done so many things so incorrectly, that people took time to break it down so often, I now have it memorized;)

Next up bills…get one of those generic desktop calendars…write down when every bill is due…if it atomically comes out of your account highlight it in yellow and mark which account it is coming from…any incoming money should be highlighted in green and contain the amount and where it came from…all paid items should be highlighted in pink…a file should be kept for each month- receipts, notes, important information- at the end of each month, rip off that month from the calendar, put it in the file and close the file until tax time…if you pay at least $5 a month most will understand, some will be nasty (ignore them as negative energy brings negative happenings)…if you owe someone…do not hide, be honest and do your best…this does not always work in your favor, pull up the big panties and adult up…not easy, can be embarrassing, earns respect

No your right, I am not here to blow sunshine…I am here because these lessons will save you time, heart ache, money and energy…the lessons I wish someone had told me

Sex is a big responsibility too…nothing is 100% that you will not get pregnant…we did not have as much birth control, but we also did not have so many autistic children…just saying…everything you put into your body effects your child even if it is not in utero yet…I tell all girls get a profession before you think on having a child…this way if the guy walks out, you are not condemning yourself and child to a hard life of poverty or to be a burden to your family or his…this does not even discuss STDs…some do not kill…they stay with you for life….Other than a doctor’s note…I would have to inspect any private parts headed my way…a short time of happiness for a life of woe…hmmm

Are you still happy you asked me not to sugarcoat the facts…

Follow your dreams and explore your hobbies as long as it does not affect your life…I once knew a woman who loved to golf so much, she started to ignore her real life- husband, kids, job, bills…she thought she was going to be on the PGA thing and thought she was so good because people blew smoke up her skirt (this way they could sell her lessons and gear)…several of her friends tried to tell her, but she would not listen…now she has nothing- family, kids, job and most of her real and all of her fake friends are gone…if you ever have a question about something like this- Ask your mother/father/best friend…if you are really good, she/he will tell you and if you are not she/he will say that too…you may not like hearing it, but then you can enjoy it as a hobby instead of the next profession

Alright one last point of interest and I will ring the school bell…lol

Kids…not one of mine was planned…and most that I have ever known were not…in 46 years I have only known 3 to be planned…when a child comes, your life stops for 18 years…all time, money and effort go into this child…as a parent this is your responsibility… you will go without food, sleep, clothes and wear the latest sneakers from the clearance bin… at times, the other parent will walk out and enjoy life while you work 2-3 jobs…this goes back to the start of this conservation…there is NO absolution for those who harm/neglect children and or their responsibility to that child (child support/visitation)…just as there is NO absolution for children who do harm to or neglect their parents…you answer for what you do…

Welcome to being an adult my child…I am here anytime you need me…you see it is my responsibility as your aunt to try to help when I can…I love you

Blessed Be,

Auntie D

Girly Pirate in the House- Yule Tide Rollin

Merry Meet,

Here are your presents…it is just a few things I thought you would like…I know I have not decorated this Christmas- I am not Christian, nor was Jesus born in December but this holiday season has been called Christmas and should be left alone….politically correct is for stupid people who do not believe in tradition...

I thank you for asking about massage…the line of the body has me entranced and finding the plane of the muscle works the mind with the body…there has been so much chatter lately, that music has hardly been played…my clients have been doing well and it is great to see them enjoying so much motion...great energy

School has been hard work, but what a great class…Naturopathy is natural medicine…I want to be an ND…this is why I study so many hours…my grades have to be the best to get funding…I finished the class this week with an A…my next class starts Jan. 2

American Boudica has been quiet…the crone computer is at the doctor…I hope to see her at the start of February…Doctor Dave takes good care of her…Chris has been working with many different mediums- paint, digital, photo…really interesting things come from his mind…

The Circle has been a place of reflection and prayer this week…I wanted a quiet holiday so, I made sure all was wrapped up last week…I made sure in the Circle, parents have gifts to put under trees and food for the table…thank you for the donations…I will be having the holiday meal here…please call to let me know if you will attend (813)907-6279…I would love to hear your voice:)

The SunshinePaddle has been working me quite hard both mentally and physically…I went to Sarasota to pick up the Blue Horizon…strange how much I missed her…maybe like so many seamen before me, my boat has become a part of me… George at EconomyTackle is awesome…had her waiting at the beach for me…Lee and I rushed through the paperwork and he sent me to George at the beach…the Girly Pirate jumped in the Blue Horizon and off they went in the Gulf of Mexico…way too cool…just a happy Pirate…I must have been on Santa’s good list…I am excited to have so many people pitching in to help, it is a really positive charge…if you have equipment please call  (813)907-6279 or you can make a donation thru paypal

It has been unseasonably warm   this year…many blooms are still in production here…looking around there are bursts of color everywhere…I should be in pants by now, but I am still in shorts…hmmm…

I have something to work the mind- Who would you invite to dinner? Pick 3 people…alive or dead…if dinner was served and all you had to do is eat and converse, how would that conversation start?

Please make time to make at least 1 person smile- it would be better if you could make them laugh…just sayin…this will release hormones to help the body keep itself healthy…both theirs and yours…May your holiday be special

Blessed Be,
D

Yule Tide Rolling

Hello my friend,

Muddville has been a happening place this week…I am glad you made time to help me wrap these presents…thank you so much…here is a roll of paper, tape and I have a cutter gadget for you…life waters’ are in the fridge if you want one…it has been a busy week- positive, but difficult…let me fill you in

Massage has been picking up…my snowbirds are flying in- this has been great because when they left I was fat and smoked, I love the looks I am getting:)…the bodywork has been flowing and so has conservation…my local patients are keeping scrapbooks of how things are going…we are all working toward better health…can any therapist ask for more?

In school, Naturopathy is a very interesting subject…last week was my midterm and a paper…this is not a great deal of work, but on a packed week it seemed huge…lol…thankfully it is a subject I have passion for and that makes it much easier

American Boudica is focused on The Sunshine Paddle at the moment…Chris has been working with his daughter in Painting…her name is Kay Bilton…keep an eye out, her work is fab and I am sure if she sticks with it she will be quite successful…she has an acute eye for movement and motion…I am also praying for a Yule miracle for the old computer, that we can at least salvage the information from her Motherboard

The Circle has been a giving place this holiday…15 children of 4 different religions in 5 countries will have a holiday this year…I have a wonderful congregation and I am thankful for each member…it is a true feeling of being blessed to be a part of it…the best present I could get is to be surrounded by such wonderful people…

The Sunshine Paddle has been a blessing this week…The 8th Annual Peace Breakfast for The Sunrise Shelter at the Tampabay Golf and Country Club was very moving…I had to go to Sarasota to check on my boat…it was Walter and my 13th Anniversary…I called Siesta Bike and Kayak Rental and Scotty had me call Siesta Key Bungalow…I explained to Gayle the pinch I was in and she offered to help me out…OMG…what a beautiful blessing…we got to paddle through the Neville Reserve at sunset…Walter is gaining confidence…we got back to see the last of the sunset in the Gulf of Mexico…Lance had recommended Captain Curt’s Crab  Bar…it was clean and had good food…the bungalowwas fit for a princess on a beach holiday…Gayle brought out the girlie pirate in me…lol…the next morning we caught sunrise at the public beach…I understand why it is voted the #1 beach…VERY Romantic…Walter gave me a paddle with blades that match the Blue Horizon and I got him a metal detector for when he has to wait on shore for me…the perfect practice/ anniversary weekend cap off was at the Orange Octopus…YUM

I saw an article this week about how Florida was the most depressed state in the country…I do not agree with that statement…since the economy went belly up here first and unemployment is high…people are worn out, but are still quick with a joke and boisterous with laughter…we have a lot of fun and understand how to hunker down…our state has its very own Peyton Place- past and present, beautiful beaches that you do not have to be beautiful to walk and great food served by cooks before they become famous…I have been up and down the west coast and middle of the state for practice and found this to be true all over the state…I chose Florida many years ago…it is my home and I love it here…I guess they wrote the article with some facts they looked up and did not understand this state or her people

We have color popping up all over the yard…while in Siesta Key, we saw a lot of color…I love the Palm Trees all decorated in holiday lights…I thought about getting some solar holiday lights for my cactus…maybe next year…we are trying to cut the electric bill to help save for the trip as donations have been slow;/

A question was posed to me about the smell or lack thereof in my house since I have 4 dogs and a cat…I sweep 3-4 times a day…I mop once or twice a day…animals get bathed once a week…I have removed all carpet…they also get walked and brushed several times a day…it’s a lot of work…I would not trade them for the world;)

Herbal Healing Salve

1 cup herb infused oil (in this case lemon mint)

1 - 2 oz. Beeswax

2 Tablespoons Honey

10 capsules Vitamin E Oil

½ tsp. each tea tree and lavender essential oils

In a small pan, gently heat the herb infused oil, honey and beeswax until barely melted. Cut or poke the vitamin E capsules open, and squeeze the vitamin E oil into the beeswax/oil mixture. Remove from heat, and add the essential oils. Pour a tiny amount of the salve mixture onto waxed paper or into a container to cool. Test it for thickness - if you'd like it to be harder, add more beeswax. If you'd like it to have a thinner balm, add more oils.

When you're satisfied with the consistency, pour the balm into clean, sanitized jars and let cool. This all-purpose salve can be used for cuts, scrapes, splinters, diaper rash, burns, rashes, or for dry skin.

Well honey, I am tired and we have everything ready except for the few that have yet to be delivered….again…many thanks for pitching in…may you make time to help those who help others this season…give someone the gift of laughter…its free and is usually returned right away- in a good way…lol…Merry Yule

Blessed Be,

D

East Bound and Down, Load it up and Paddle it

Good Morning,
How are you doing this morning….hope you are ready for an interesting conversation….the battered women’s syndrome has been hard core this week and made speaking difficult thing, but here I speak through my fingers…yes, the cooler weather has everyone a bit frisky…I am in high production mode until the start of January…then I will start training on the east coast

Massage has been picking up…it is time for paraffin again…this makes everyone happy (I only use fresh organic paraffin- so it is only here once a year)…my patients are fab…we work together at keeping them healthy and happy…recently a client had quit his supplements….he said ‘I was just tired of them’…when he felt the difference, he came to me and said ‘help, I want to feel good again’…if maintenance medicine is done properly- you should feel nothing unless you stop…it is good to have your supplements checked once a month until you are balanced, then approx. every 3 moths…

American Boudica is working on magazine articles at the moment…I am still trying to reach the computer doctor, but do not think he will be seen until after the holiday…Chris has been painting, I hope to see them posted soon…his work is quite impressive

School has been awesome…I got an 89 in ‘Cellular Detox and Healing’….it is a real feeling I have that I will one day be a doctor…a natural doctor…I love what I do and hope to make a difference

In the Circle, we have an ill child…she is thin and fighting in her lungs…her family is worried…please pray for her and send whatever healing energy you can…please burn blue and yellow candles for healing…

I will be bringing the tropical’s in this weekend…the temps are starting to drop below 50…the hard part will be keeping the critters away from them…I hope the figs will be ready to harvest this week…though, I think dad has been eating them off the vine…lol

Chole is now 75lbs and learning to work with his size…he has no idea how big he is and tries to do all the things the other dogs do, but they are much smaller…this creates some quite funny encounters…he will be a year next month…where did the time go…

The SunshinePaddle has had a ton of office work to do…I will be on the paddle this weekend…for those who wish to join me call (813)907-6279…I am very excited that Mrs. Marilyn Lemay will be sewing some things for the trip…I picked up the fabric and made a video…will be neat to see what happens:)

Storing Dried Herbs
  1.     Store your dried herbs in air tight containers, Zip lock closing bags will do.

2.     Be sure to label and date your containers.

3.     Your herbs will retain more nutrient if you store the leaves whole and crush them when you are ready to use them.

4.     Discard any dried herbs that show the slightest sign of mold or other pathogen.

5.     Place containers in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

6.     Dried herbs are best used within a year.

7.     As your herbs lose their color, they are also losing their nutrient.

I know my mouth usually runith over and many have been wondering why as of late I have been kind of quiet…I have a public image and a private image…my private image is for family and close friends…though we are VERY sarcastic and in a constant state of flux, we have always been close…at the moment, I feel this has been lost to me…I have been fighting for my own children…whether it be passive resistance or outright tearing ass, you see I love them first and would kill or die for all 38…I hear ya…they are over 18 and I have no control or so many would tell me about being legal…at 18 the Goddess did not come down and tell me that I am no longer responsible and hers is the law I will follow…I have been deep in quandary…maybe time on the water will help

May your holiday be blessed

Rivers lead to oceans

Merry Meet,

How are you? It has been a busy few weeks…sorry, I know it has been hard to get time with me…I am fine…others are not…I offer to help those I can, it often takes more than they know to help...it leaves you with a good tired though…and a sense of accomplishment...

Massage has been great…clients are making great forward movement…it is exciting to help someone keep in the best of health…it is great to see them benefit from the education I am getting…I am an amazing therapist...may you be blessed with someone as good as I am to medically look out for you;)
School has been going great…before getting your child vaccinated PLEASE read what is in the shot and make your choice accordingly…also please DO NOT get you daughter the Gaurdasil shot….the side effects are FAR worse than what would happen if your child caught the disease…this is my last week in Detox and Healing…I ended up turning in 2-5 page papers last week…it has been a challenging class and I feel lucky to be a part of it…

American Boudica is still on hiatus Until Jan 2, 2012…direct any questions to ChrisBilton and he will see to your needs...

The last few weeks has been about respect…giving it, without being asked…I have clean off headstones…donating to the vets…helping returning soldiers…spending time on those who have passed…due to the amount of negative or inert energy of prior weeks, I have focused on all that is positive and productive…the Circle colors for Thanksgiving are brown (earth), yellow (sun) and orange (abundance)

Walter and Cooper have been busy this week…I have a new kayak stand, stairs have been shured up…OMG…they were out today cleaning the air condition units…this week we will be cleaning the yard for winter...the honey do list is getting honesy done:)

I have now added a low dose folic acid to my supplement list…please check with your doctor…you may find it useful…

The SunshinePaddle has taken on a life of its own…it has been a great deal of work, but very rewarding to be able to give back…we are now putting together bags for each day…donations of money or equipment or help are needed…you can read about in the Captains Log…check out the pictures at Photobucket or YouTube for our videos (getting better all the time)...had a great time at Fort De Soto last week...the cannon are so big

I am thankful for all passed and present that have made me who I am…good and bad, all contributed…I am thankful for you being in my life...pease plant poppies:)

May you days and nights hold the peace of ageless slumber…

Blessed Be,

D

lunatic fringe this week

Merry Meet,

How are you? I am better….it has been a HARD week…I am okay…Northern by birth and Southern by the grace of the Goddess, make me strong enough to hunker down and handle it…though I have to admit I was pretty close to the lunatic fringe this week…Samhain will be here soon

Massage has been slow…it has given me time to clean the room and clear the energy…the room is always awesome when I feel centered…it is the new music time of year…

School is awesome…the class is called Detoxing and Healing and quite cool…the teacher has done major sports events…it is nice to have someone who understands the words ‘IN TRAINING’…I am lucky both Everglades University and Sanford Brown Institute stand behind and support me in all my dreams….My Instructor, who made Massage sing in Sanford Brown- got made dept chair shortly after I left, will now be going across the country helping other programs…Rod Kelly is a most AMAZING man…I am excited for him and excited for the people who will be able to learn from him (you are in for a big treat)

American Boudica Publishing will reopen in January…on Thursday we had a service for Chris’s mom in England…she is dearly missed…my Publishing computer has to go to the computer doctor…Chris has been working on his painting (actually gotten quite good) and has been given time at some art fairs…so proud of him…both of us working diligently on the paddle…we feel it best to hold closed until after the holiday

The Circle has been a very hard place to deal with…I had to deal with an addiction of someone who is close…painful, very muddy energy…I helped a friend be strong enough to help a family member die…very clear energy of love but, very sad…the grandchild of a friend passed away after a heavy hospital battle for life…I cried for the parents…their life has changed forever and not as they expected…while everyone prayed for the baby, I prayed for 2 kids who are in so much pain…pink energy sent…this left me quite drained and surrounded by negative energy…Trish listened without asking and Janice took me to the ocean…both of which were needed…I am blessed…Samhain season is always hard…kind of like the Goddess is clearing her slate for winter…I have been accepting paper scraps for a week…this year I will be having a private bon fire…I am feeling the need for focus and energy…the life lesson this year…when life gets hard- do the best you can and give the rest over…sounds simple, implementation is a whole other story…

The SunshinePaddle has also been difficult to deal with…it is a lot more work than one would think…the workout is the easy part…I have some awesome help and it is still quite draining...it is a positive charge to the soul though

We are now coming into fall here in Florida…the lawn has sort of stopped growing and the flowers are starting to change…Dad’s fig tree is loaded with figs…farms loaded with fall fruits and veggies…the smell of autumn in Florida…when I workout in the back yard, the change of season is notable…

Need for a Peaceful Journey

It 3 am, thank you for letting me in…I am not violent by nature, but at this point I could beat the red out of a side of beef…I am not threatening ANYONE…just stating my muscles are pumped and in a heightened state of awareness…I know the weather is bad, but I may go paddle anyway…you can’t wear inmate orange for beating on the ocean

Massage is fine…the clients have kept me busy this week

School is great…I got a solid B in Ayurveda…worked hard and very proud of it…my next class is ‘Detoxing the Body and Supplements’…

AmericanBoudica Publishing is closed this week…Chris’s Mom has gone to meet the Goddess…she was a great woman and a wonderful friend…she is survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren…I will miss her

In the Circle this week, we have mourned…I have been watching a member turn deeply to drugs (pills)…though I have reached out, it has done no good…this is more than frustrating…I also worked with a young member who has a sister pass due to cancer…being a caregiver is not easy…this Samhain will be hard

Last week, I spent 4 days on the water…the Sunshine Paddle website has been updated…working hard to get all dates confirmed…if you have ideas please give me a call…I cannot do this alone…if you have equipment to donate or want to make a donation of cash or information you feel will help please call (813) 907-6279 or e-mail…Friday, I will be at Meadow Point #3 doing rescue/safety rolls in The Blue Horizon…Saturday, I will be getting her rudder pegs fixed and her stern bulkhead reinforced…

Our last days of summer have left the yard awash in color…the animals are feeling frisky in the cooler weather…the fall plants are starting to spring up…Cooper has been doing a good job around the yard..His roses look like beautiful bouquets on the front lawn

Thank you for being here…I know I can only do the best I can do…it is just sometimes, I wish it were more...

Be Blessed,

D

Silent All These Years

Greetings,

How are you today…I am well…it has been a beautiful fall…life is moving at a good pace and I with it…

Massage has started picking up…I love this time of year…being able to mix hot and cold therapies is fun…I have found 2 new crooner CDs…always a good thing…I found this young guy, Matt Dusk…good sound

School is going well…I am working VERY hard in this class, but it is so worth it…fabulous teacher…Ayurveda is complex and simple at the same time

American Boudica is currently happening, so we may write more of our story;)…Chris and I are currently looking for a converter or at least someone to show me how…the tech guys at adobe do not know there product well enough to answer advanced questions…it is my hope to get Book 3 out soon

In the Circle this week entered the 1 pound grandchild of a friend, we lost a loving mother in-law of a member…thank you all for the very loving energy you sent to both…I let a dozen roses go over the water as an offering…may you all feel blessed

The gardens are changing to their fall colors…it is quite lovely, this is the first year my cactus has bloomed …even the weeds seems to be flowering…it has now cooled down to the high 80s and the high 70s at night…the deep heavy soaking rains will help us through the long dry winter...

The animals seem to be full of themselves in this cool weather…Chole loves the water and enjoys splashing in the puddles…the rest of the crew hates the water…they go out only long enough to do their business and beeline for the door, kinda funny…the motor blew on the fish air pump, so we had to get a new one…the pond has been filled to the top with all the rain, funny the fish never try to swim out…they must be happy at home;)

The SunshinePaddle has left me feeling blessed…in a few days I will be paddling with some really awesome people and I feel very privileged…I have been working hard on this and to watch it all come together leaves me in awe often…Janice says we are doing the right thing and this is why we have been so blessed…

I read an article today that was very upsetting…the author tried to defend a wife beater…in the article she states the woman feared, as he continued to threaten to take her children and she killed one child, thought she had killed the second and was attempting to kill herself…this is where her found her, took a flashlight and beat her to death…STOP…the woman feared…was she a nut or did he beat her…why were the woman and children not removed to safety or the children not removed temporarily until she got help…this woman was having a problem…why did it get this far…people (especially her husband) today are afraid to stand up and do the right thing…I have no sympathy for him as he had options he did not take and a fear like the woman carried does not come from nowhere…I feel bad for the child who lived, she has lost both parents…for her I will pray…as for the author of such an ignorant piece of work, I will be thankful she has never been battered and will pray she never knows such fear or reality…I will also pray she writes on subjects she has a flare for…it really irks me when people who have no concept of what that life is try to understand it…I can never understand the need to belittle someone as to threaten the children in any way shape or form…if you know someone who has mentally stepped out and children are involved, pull up your big kid panties and help…do the right thing;)

Thank you…I feel much better now

Dandelion-aka Taraxacum officinale (Composite Family) - The leaves of this plant are a powerful diuretic. The roots are a blood purifier which helps remove toxins from the liver and kidneys. Because it is high in vitamins and iron, this herb is useful for treating anemia.

Be Blessed,

Feeling Cosmic

Hello Sunshine,

How are you…you look like fall is doing well by you;)…yes, I have been in a peaceful mood for days…with hard work things are coming together…

Massage has been very productive…marketing has been a push lately (isn’t it always though)…the clients make it fun

I am so into my new class…it is a lot to take in…I am loving it…Ayurvedic Medicine is so encompassing, I would call it a lifestyle…

American Boudica Publishing is going through computer upgrades in our American offices while on hiatus…thank you for this consideration

My birthday was wonderful…I am now 46…it is a beautiful space to be and I am happy to be here;)

The Circle of Boudica has been alive with chant and prayer…the giving of thanks has been abound…not for wealth, but for the amount of love shared and received…love and faith far out way money…I am not saying money is not important, but it is not the priority…if it is your top priority, I would feel sorry for you as you would have missed so much of what is so good…the best things in life money can not buy

We have hit a cold snap this weekend…nights have dipped into the 60s…I am getting some beautiful color in the garden and the lawn is plush…Cooper got home and has been helping me clean up the yard for fall…the rainy season gave everything such a boost, weed flowers (small, white with yellow centers) have grown 8-10 feet tall…he has been befuddled and amazed…the lawn is like a soft green carpet…I have enjoyed rolling around out there with the dogs

The SunshinePaddle website has gone through so many updates, please stop by often to keep up to date…on my birthday we got a donation of a 17 foot Dagger- Magellan Kayak…we named her the Blue Horizon…we have had other ups and downs…this can be followed in the Captain’s Log

On a medical note…have you really considered the apple, it is a really neat food…each different preparation has different nutrient qualities…it works on teeth, digestive and brain…they are low calorie with a low glycemic load…this basically means the body accepts the nutrient easily and uses them readily…

I will be putting the Blue Horizon through her first sea trials on Saturday in Sarasota after she gets her check out at Economy Tackle…I would love for you to join us…I will be leaving early and spending the day…feel free to e-mail me or call (813)907-6279,  if you wish to join us…

May the wind be at your back;)

Pole Dancing at 4 a.m.

Thank you for coming by to work out with me…with trying to build endurance, it has been important to work out at least 2 hours a day...thank Goddess for a good youtube playlist…an hour in the morning to get me going and an hour at night before bed…here try some fresh juice…it is apple, carrot and celery…it is a great way to cool down...I keep on working the menu

Massage this week has been a great help…to focus on hands and muscle make the rest of the world spin away…finding the zone of the body proper…the patient feels amazing and you have gone to a place on a few can go and come back with a view of the body on a cellular level…I love my job

I have passed Intro to Chiropractic with a B…I am okay with that…Tomorrow starts my next class…Fundamental Principals of Ayurveda…I am very excited…The text is cool and I have heard great things about the teacher

The UK connection has been better this week…I always do better when I can hear them…Rose as always come to the table with good ideas and advice….while Chris’s mind is just a fun place to play…lol…Chris is producing a few paintings at the moment and enjoying the last bits of good weather before winter sets in…Boudica is on the move…film at 11

The Sunshine Paddle has been a beautiful thing…I am so blessed to be chosen for this journey…my husband and children have been very supportive…even if my friends think I am crazy, they are doing all they can to help…yesterday, I shipped the basket I won at the Longaberger Fall Tour- it is a 1 of 5 Basket - Tampa Edition…I requested it be given as an award to a person who helps the shelter…Longaberger is such a special product, it made me feel special to pass it along…blessings have been coming from unexpected places…we have had a 14 foot sit in Yak donated from MA…the shipper (Land/Air Express- MA) has donated part of the cost of shipping and a Father from Ohio is sending money to help with the rest of the shipping…I will be going to check out a racing Yak (19 foot- sit on top) today…if it fits me, Janice of Always Better Care Lawn Mower Service here in Wesley Chapel will be donating it…my heart swells with all the love and community…that only leaves an RV type gadget and lap top for big ticket items…YEA…

In the Circle last night we had a small, strong, beautiful bon fire…the Mabon skies were almost magical…I so felt a part of something so much bigger than myself…it was all very spiritual…I am blessed

Monday is almost here…can you feel it…its my birthday…YEA…I will be 46 and still at the level of pretty fudging awesome…yes, I am happy about my age…do you know how hard I worked to get here or how many did not arrive with me…my peeps in MA will celebrate with me when I arrive on my journey…my Florida peeps have been celebrating with me for a week and I am sure it will continuing for another week or 2;)

Please keep in mind with small dogs and babies that their noses are much closer to the ground than ours are…what we clean our floors with can have a toxic effect on small animals and babies…also if you are on a medicated crème, think before you transfer your medicine to a small animal or child…what is medicine for you could be poison to them…another piece of info for the file cabinet in the back of your brain…

During fall, you may want to brush animals just outside the door before you let them in…not only to keep the house clean, but also to keep the pollen away from house plants…another tid bit for the cabinet

I will be catching waves on the Yak in the morning…May you all be blessed with a love for life

Blessed Be,

D
