Hot and Sunny in The Chapel

Hello My Friend,

How are you? I am happy to see you. The heat has started to climb already. Have you been keeping an eye on the fluids and air pressure in the tires in your car? During such high heat things tend to have holy break down batman…lol

The massage business has been picking up. My handouts seem to be working…YEA! I hand them to people I would not mind having for clients (for every 10 clients you might get 1 bad one= great return). I do not put them on cars or in mailboxes or in Laundromats…for every 1 good client on those flyers, you will go through 10 bad…hardly worth the effort. I have been so relaxed with life; My Billy Holiday CD is 120 minutes and the clients love to hear it when I push play because, every session has run over by 15-30 minutes (no I do not charge if I go over). My receptionist Dale has been having a flum trying to help with the Sunshine Paddle…it is great to have friends who have your back;)

School is going well…I really find this class interesting…how cool that so many people are over 70 that we need a class on the nutrient needs of it…how far we have come…how far we have yet to go

American Boudica has been working very diligently on The Sunshine Paddle…all art and text have been focused on preparation of the forthcoming trip…we feel blessed to have the opportunity as to help so many with this event…

The Circle of Boudica is a blessed place…I do not care what color you are…I do not have to believe everything you believe in, to believe in you…I do not care who you call God/Goddess as long as you take the time to make the call…I have been inspired at the love shown to all here…this week I will start to gather and create my herbal medications…the colors have been so strong…I am sure the tinctures and powders will be excellent…After a beautiful waterside offering, Walter made an excellent feast of fish for Lugnasadah…if I had not said it, I am thankful you choose to have me in your world;)

Okay…I hear ya…you want to hear about The Sunshine Paddle…as you all know many years ago I was beaten…in these troubled economic times peoples nerves are frazzled and more often it erupts in violence…cut to these programs can cost lives…at the end of the trip all moneys not used by for the trip will be given to the shelter…I am at a unique position in my life that allows me the ability to hazard such an undertaking…the kids are grown and the grandchildren are not quite here and hubby supports me…the side effect is education…I will have pictures, video and gps that can be followed…a good math teacher could get a term on time and distance alone…an English teacher may have the children contrast the website as opposed to the cartography of John Smith…science teachers will have plants and animals…since I belong to NO political party or major corporation, my unbiased eye will show the condition of the coast…when I am done, all equipment will be split between The Florida History Museum and The Smithsonian Museum…for future generations to learn from…

I lost 25 pounds and started working out at Honeymoon Island in the water, yoga and stretching at home…not to mention running after 4 dogs…lol…I have started sending our letters requesting sponsorship…though I am good at writing, I am not good at proposal writing…so many are reaching out to help and I want to take time to say Thank You…the love and support is VERY appreciated…several people have asked how they can help…we are currently looking for camping and kayaking equipment…if you have stuff you are not using or if you find someone who wants to donate, please contact me…if you live near one of our landing spots…you could meet us with food;) or paddle with us to raise money for your local shelter (I will sign paperwork for anyone who does this)…any donation is greatly appreciated and on the website we now have a cash donation button or maybe you know a smal business that would like to be a sponsor…Chris Bilton has Done some beautiful prints for the event…Bank of America set us up with an account…it just seems a never ending amount of work, that’s okay I feel up for the challenge;)

Yes my friend, I feel the love...May you all be so blessed...Much Love

Muy Caliente

Merry Meet,

Pull up a chair over here by me…I have the fan on high…I am so happy you talked me into servicing the a/c this spring…I am going to hate my electric bill, but it is cool in here;)

In Massage this week, I have been swamped…Clients are great as always…medical massage is something you really have to have a passion for…I work with MS, MD, Cancer, Bone Degeneration, RA, Cardiac Care Therapy…I just took a 12 hour class given by RJM…it was a good class…reminded me why I do what I do…through massage I have the ability to give people a better quality of life…I also populated some new flyers and asked friends to help pass them out…because hookers like to hide in my profession, it makes marketing HELL…though you maybe happy when you leave my office…I DO NOT DO HAPPY ENDINGS…some asked why I do not do adverts on the net…for every 1 good client I get, there will be 15 who think my job is to jerk them off…someone else asked why not the local paper…from there, every one client I pull, I get 15 cops who try to get me to jerk them off, so they can take me to jail…either way it’s a freak show and all I want is clients so I am trying to ask friends to help

In school this week I finished Algebra…YEA…I honestly thought I was going to flunk…my lawyer said we all have to take algebra to be humble…this class was very hard and I worked very hard for a C…I am feeling quite proud…the teacher was AMAZING…I will be starting a class on nutrition for seniors tomorrow…should be quite cool…

At American Boudica Publishing we got the Sunshine Paddle website up…Chris did some great artwork for this…we have also started to put together book 4…Dave is working on chapter 2 of his book…I got a chuckle from him when he told me ‘this writing thing is not as easy as it looks’…No, really…you don’t say…lol

Cooper has the yard in hand again…mom is home…they are running to keep up with friends and get everything at home straight;)

The animals and gardens are quiet during this relentless heat…we have had rain daily for the gardens…due to bacteria from the heat, I change the dogs water every few hours…for the same reason, I sweep and mop 2x a day

Thank you for all the prayers for baby Zach…In the Circle of Boudica, I have seen my congregation give up so much healing energy…I feel very lucky and blessed to be surrounded with such wonderful loving people…Aug 2, we will be celebrating Lugnasadah…it is kind of a pre-harvest holiday…it is a time of family gathering…it is also the time for proposal…hmmm…I wonder who the wedding bells will ring for this year????

Sunshine Paddle is moving toward our goals…we are working up maps and stops…I have also been scanning craigslist.org and freecycle for the supplies we will need to make the trip…we will start ocean workouts next week as I have lost enough to start toning up…I was so excited to get the site up…Chris has been doing all of my editing…if you find any problems please e-mail him…

FOOD HEALTH ALERT!!!!!!

I have heard people say lately that lettuce and celery are not worth eating…HELLO, IS THIS THING ON (said while knocking on someone’s head)…both are really great for several reasons…celery actually gives you more nutrients when it is juiced…it also takes more calories to eat raw than you will intake…maybe it is not celebrated or sexy like a banana or an orange, but it has base nutrients that belong to it alone…even cooked it gives us nutrients…lettuce is made of mostly water…that is true…the nutrients from it you can get elsewhere…why should you eat it…in today’s world of oversized food it works not only as a filler to help keep us from over eating crapp, but also as a digestive aid…also note the nutrients from both are readily absorbed by the body…something to think on

I am glad you came to see me…I hate to go, but I must turn the a/c on in the massage room for my next client…yes, on days like today I miss my pool too…I will get one next year after my journey…

Blessed Be My Friend

Sugarcoating Hell

Good Day To You,

Sorry for sounding so terse…I am in a great deal of pain...I have 1 broken and one cracked tooth…my jaw is swollen and I look like I have been in a prize fight…I am on antibiotics…the dentists here in Florida are outrageous in their prices…I want both pulled…I could see $250-300…the cheapest I could find was $800 (this did not cover any anesthesia…not even Novocain)…so I have been trying to get into the welfare dentist…nearest appt is 10/24/11…I have been calling sick call every morning

With only one massage client this week, it really makes it hard to pay the bills…I am trying to stay upbeat…reading and trying a lot of new ideas…boy howdy, has the face of business and landscape marketing changed over the last 3 years…sadly, I have watched many solo therapists go under as of late or move to another area to get work…

I just finished ‘Intro to Psychology’…I got an A…the class sucked…all they taught was straight conventional medicine, what a bummer…no talk of the Asclepius or of Sir Flinders Petrie or any of the ‘fun stuff from Freud’…our discussion questions seemed to be more for controversy than for psychological endowment and or knowledge…I guess some classes are just required…although since my major is alt meds, I wish they would have let that dept handle this as opposed to gen edu…as then it would be handled with an open mind…this does not mention how insulting the class is to the Pagan religion…not to mention almost ½ chapter of the text goes on about astrology (and not in a good way)…at the end I felt the whole thing was narrow minded tripe…why should I have to learn outdated methodology and thought process…again, some things are required…the teacher and classmates were cool

Yes, it is still over 100f almost every day…we have had very little rain…one of the few storms we did have, threw a bolt of lightening at my pool…split the side and blew the pump…since this is most of the exercise I get (I have foot problems)…I am heartsick…I made over 700 calls to every client I had a file on in hopes of earning enough to replace it…here in Florida so many have been laid off…in 7 days I have had 1 client…until things pick up, I will mourn my pool and pray I do not blow up like a balloon

Chris has been patient with me…though I put the tobacco down a while ago; my writing has been very dark…I think Poe would admire it…so we have focused on the sweet new baby and Chris’s painting, this way I have some positive to outweigh some of that ugly negative energy

My friend Rose took me to China this morning…okay, how odd does that sound…here is how we did it…she found this cool power point…she had e-mailed it to me…I called her to babble about something (probably about Mason) and she had me check the e-mail…we did each slide together…I felt like I was on the ancient temple complex with her off this giant twisty road…I told her it was best we went that way because you could never get me on that tram or the official first ‘government wasted money on this road’ award winner…I had such a good time with her…I am so glad we went

My parents started their second honeymoon last week for their 50th anniversary and so far it sounds like Murphy’s Law is in full effect…mom need surgery on her hernia…the car is having problems…add to that hotel and weather issues….I really do not think it is the trip they hoped for

Walter and I both went through the stomach flu last week…it is horrid…chicken broth, jello, toast with clear jellies, beef broth, crackers…until you can hold food down…then add bananas or oranges or grilled cheese…until you are strong enough for a meal

I have to admit it really bothers me that Brighthouse thinks it is proper to make a baby killer a star…OMG…first Osama…then Whitey…who do you think is next DB Cooper or Hoffa…they are sending troops home…I want the troops back, but where will they go to work…Barak Obama reminds me much of Charlie Christ, at the last minute…when they want to get re-elected, suddenly they remember how to work…I see NO one on the horizon that I would vote for either, which I really find scary…Can you believe people in Bradenton are so very bored they are actually worried about horse poop…seriously…I just can make this stuff up…if you are in Europe please wash your hands and food prior to cooking it and for god sake cook it proper…E Coli is running rampant and killing people over 50 at this point…there is also a new breed of scarlet fever that we have not antibiotic to fix yet…so all over the world please remember the above items

Maybe it’s the heat…maybe it’s the pain…I may be feeling….shall we say a bit female…I am mourning the pool and just depressed in general…I will get over it at some point…thank you for understanding

Oak Pollen and Puppy Poop...Happy Valentines Day

Good Day to You,

Here is a heat pack for your sinus…yes, it is oak pollen season here is beautiful Wesley Chapel…sorry I have not been around, but with my sinus so swollen the headache has kept me close to home…I have started training the puppies…

Massage has been shut down for the last 6 days….I will be back to work tomorrow…I am thankful for understanding clients

American Boudica has started print production of Book 3- Other Peoples Karma…Book 4 is currently in writing production…Chris and Rose will be naming Book 4…it will be cool to see what they come up with…

School is currently like nails on the chalkboard…I love math, but they don’t want the answer, they want the formula…with my head either pounding with pollen or Nyquil it is not going well…I may not get an A;(

In the Circle of Boudica we will soon be welcoming 3 babies…spring has started here in Florida and the Imbolc celebration was beautiful…I was given some beautiful pink and red candles…we had some left over and I burned them for Valentine’s Day…Ostara Feast starts March 19-21…The spring equinox will happen March 20th at 11:21 p.m. (eastern standard time)…I am starting to gather the items I will need…

The animals have all been suffering through the high pollen too…seems like the puppies go to the bathroom A WHOLE LOT…the 3 older dogs and the cat have been coughing…I got Walter a pooper scooper for Valentines present…lol…he actually liked the color of the set

The garden and lawn have started blooming…I was excited to see the Lily Bulbs pushing through…the lawn is getting the pretty spring green…the bird of paradise has started putting up green leafs…I will take pictures next week

Well I need to lay down as my head is pounding…one more stroll around the house with mop in one hand the toilet paper in the other…may you have a peaceful week…may cupid shower you with love…and most of all…may all your dogs go outside;)

Much Love,

D

If she lived in Gotham City, Batman would be toast...

Merry Meet,

I am breaking into the New Year and thought I would be by to see how you are doing…it has been a wonderful holiday...the fireworks were amazing…so man friends and family…alas it is time to go back to work and I wanted a chance to chat with you before the tornado hits…

Massage, just for the health of it…they seem like such simple words…in the last year as a business owner (7 yrs) with healing hands, I have learned a lot…in this bad economy, people still need help…it is important to do what you can, when you can, but never to the point it puts you or your business in danger…knowledge is important…in medicine, things change everyday… just as important to learn is to share what you have learned…I am blessed with wonderful clients and take pride in each and every one…I will continue to respect their being and work with them to keep and maintain good health…I will also be there to help them through the bad…this will be a great New Year…on Friday 1/21/11, I will be doing Paraffin Massage…book soon as these appointments go quick for this…during my vacation I have been taking a class in wood therapy and will soon be offering it…this is great not only for weight loss, but also for muscle toning and strengthening…I have had it done by therapist Raquel Bray and she was my inspiration…I loved it and could really notice a difference…It is done in a lot of high end spas in South America…I will keep you posted about availability…

Education is important…I am still in school and working hard on my degree…I feel very thankful for such an awesome school (Everglades Univ.) and teachers…the students I attend with are wonderful…being so blessed really enhances the learning experience…I really feel I am getting more than just the education I am paying for…

American Boudica Publishing has now been up and running for 3 years…we have 2 books on the market and have released 2 power points…it has not been easy, but again I am blessed…our creative partnership is a truly beautiful thing…in this we hit the ground running as neither of us had been an author to start with…this to has required continual education…I was ever so excited to see the second book on the market…the feeling is almost as spiritual as giving birth…our spouses have been very supportive and it was not always a walk in the park for them, but their constant love got us to where we are…

In the garden over the last year, we have seen many changes…the cold snaps that are unusual for our area created some beautiful colors and caused a lot of dead loss…composting (even in winter) has been totally worth the time and effort…trimming in spring rather than fall seems to work better for the plants, but look worse for the yard…it also creates rich compost for the last week of summer…

The animals have had a good year…the arrival of the puppy was an unexpected blessing…the sad part was loosing a glider had me very upset…let me remind you all…animals take a lot of time and energy…if you do not have it…DO NOT GET ONE…they should have a home forever…not just for while it is convenient…pets are great…they give love…they also have a lot to teach us about life…

My family has had a good year…we are all still above ground and moving around…many have been the ups and downs and we have made it through it all…many of my children have returned to me…it is here where I have been really blessed…I am happy to be a grandma…I am so proud of how hard all my children are working…life is quite cool…

The Circle of Boudica has had a good starting year…it was a bit of a surprise and a big responsibility, but one I am glad I took on…it has been a long, hard year and many have needed our help…we have a congregation of 48 people in 8 countries…Chris has been a great Bard…it has warmed my heart to see how helpful they are for each other…my spirit has soared…

I am glad to hear you are ready for a great New Year…I wish for you to feel as blessed as I do…I promise to add more herbal remedies to the next blog for you;)

Blessed Be,

D

Busy Times

Come in…sit down…relax…it has been a ‘hit the ground running’ type of week…I have fallen for the Simply Raspberry Lemonade…I will pour some over ice for you…I am feeling much better this week, thank you for asking…

My massage business has been hopping…I was really feeling the flow…the clients were happy as each massage went over by 10-15 minutes…I really enjoy seeing them feel better when they leave…okay lets talk business…since our business is one of a personal nature, marketing is a tricky issue…I have spent a lot of money over the years and some of it was truly NOT worth it…postcards were one of those bad ideas…only 1 in 9 appreciate it/ 3-5 of the same 9 will actually get upset…if you run an advert in a local paper…please be careful, you may entice more than clients…I have a cool little flyer that I advert in at times and have gotten great results…I used to try the local major paper- this brought me a lot of freaks and police (either way not a good thing)…craigslist is not a great idea either…I used to advert on there until almost every call from there was a freak or a cop…massage is my passion and I love my job…I want to work on people who need me and not play childish games with people who waste my time…

School has been a catch up this week…the computer class is great…though I wish I had a typist stand to hold the book up while I am trying to do my work at the computer…I have learned a lot of new tricks around Microsoft office…I have even built my first power point…Thank Goddess for an understanding teacher…he has allowed me to make up the work from last week…it feels good to be getting caught up

Waiting for the release of book 2 is like being pregnant and waiting for the baby…I have 2 more weeks to go…I am in love with the updated video that Chris has done with Chapter 1 of Family, Friends and Funerals…the sound is something we are working on…we are new to the video shoot game…thank you for having patients with us…Rose and Chris are out shooting Chapter 2 this weekend…I am not thrilled with how my massage videos turned out, but I have many ideas how we will make them better…Don has been helpful…even though he has started a new job, he has made sure to call and has started applying new knowledge so that he will help us make a great website…so very cool

Okay…so now you want to know why I look so stressed…we are currently in hurricane season…this means rain every afternoon with a lot of lightening…a bolt dropped down on the street beside our house…we are all fine, but it did damage in both homes on my property…at the folks- mom’s computer got fried, dad’s computer had the Ethernet card blow, on the back of his house the flood lights blew, his water heater blew up too…at our house the modem for the phone got blown up, the computer one went sideways, and 2 new holes popped in the roof…with work, school and Boudica- lets just say I was ready to hurt people…dad went to best buy and got a new Ethernet card…I told mom to call the home insurance about her computer…Walter replaced the water heater for dad…Heckle and Jeckle in Home Depot…this was truly a laugh riot…Walter rewired the flood lights…Brighthouse was quick…my phone was only down 2 days…they replaced the modem and sent signal to the other…Walter, Don and Dale will be climbing on the roof to lay down the new membrane…so everything got handled, but what an unholy orgasm…and of coarse mom is in Maine this week

The animals are shedding…all the dogs have short thin hair…so when we get to this point of the year they all look so bald…the cat is leaving white hair everywhere…when I sweep, due to the high amount of animal hair, I take it out to the back yard and dump it beside the compost heap…this way the critters out there can build their winter nest…the pond fish are putting on their winter weight…their colors are so bright…my bird house got blown out of the tree in this weeks storm…funny, we used deck screws to put it up…they are still in the tree…a mouse family tried to move into the house…Walter suddenly became the hunter…he tried glue traps…that was a waste of money…I showed Walter the glue trap and said, ‘It looks like Ming’s Chinese Theatre’, and pointed to the little foot prints left in the glue…he then tried the old snap traps…he got one…he was so happy…after a few more days he got some decon…I do not like that stuff for several reasons…he got the rest of the family, but God made him pay for it…they died in the walls and my house has stunk to high heaven all week

The garden and pool have been a happy place…the heat has broken and the flowers are starting to pop out…it is quite beautiful…we have had swarms of butterflies…I wish I could paint…I know where the renaissance artists’ got their inspiration…my little blue jay has been patrolling the air above the roof top and fighting with any bird who tries to enter the yard…I get a huge belly laugh out of it, because he usually loses…the osprey couple has come in early this year…it is good to see them…the female hawk is still hanging out…I think she has a thing for dad…my Cosmo rose has started blooming again and has taken pink to a whole new level…Dad’s front box has every flower in bloom right now…it looks like they will spill into the yard…we have had a pair of parrots hanging out too…I think someone let them go…sadly that happens a lot here in the country

Thank you to all of those who have been sending wood for my Induction ceremony…I feel as though I am ready for this honor…the first meeting of The Circle of Boudica will be 9/28/10 at 8 pm…if you can not make it all e-mail/letters will be read to the group unless otherwise requested…Our Bard Chris Bilton will be handling the news letter…please contact him if you wish to receive a copy (biltonwords@hotmail.com) …We will be getting ready for Samhain and praying for a bountiful harvest

The kids are doing well…the grandkids are well…my friends are outstanding…I still do farmtown on facebook…even though we are scattered all over the world now, we get to play…it is fun, but I do miss everyone…I am thinking on renting a house in NC for a week this winter…I know, I have not left Florida in 10 years…I will be close to all the girls and grandkids…Dansir is hoping to go with me…then we can have a really good time…I love the words road trip…I have been streaming a lot of Netflix…I love it…NO disks to mess with…At my table the games we play the most are- cribbage, chapel rummy, phase 10, scrabble, Yahtzee and Darts (these are on the wall)…we have a game going almost every day…I have Othello that the others play…I got to the point where I could not loose, so it became boring…Endless Ocean is a great educational game for the Wii…it is only one player…I enjoy it…you really feel like you are there swimming with all of these wonderful creatures…I just got finished reading The Art of War…I found it interesting and applicable to many parts of my life…

Want to boost the immune system for fall and winter? I have the best recipe…

Feeling Quite Purple

Thank you for making time to sit with me…it has been a great week…here have a glass with ice, I have gotten hooked on Simply juices…I have lime or raspberry lemonade…which would you like?

Let’s start with all the updates…

As I have been feeling quite in tune lately, my massage clients have really felt special…I have worked in detail on their bodies…we have been speaking on nutrition and moving in a positive direction…we have been looking for more natural ways of dealing with minor complaints…I have now used Homeopathy on 3 different situations (2 human and one dog) and found it to be effective part of treatment…my hands have been gliding in the muscle…I feel like the muscles just want me to be there...I have been getting into some old Peter Gabriel…as you can see, I really love my job…

School is amazing…I just finished ‘The Herbal Medicine Chest’…I have another A…I hope this old girl can keep it going…this is really a great way to go to school…the class is challenging and the other students keep you thinking…our teacher was waiting on his wife to have a baby the last 2 weeks…I think the whole class was pulling for her…lol…my next one up is a computer class…I wonder what new goodies I will get there…for the next week, I am on summer break…

American Boudica Publishing is a busy place…since I have next week off we will be working hard…Chris will be getting a video reading of chapter 1 From ‘American Boudica, Family Friends and Funerals’ posted…I will be posting one called ‘Massage FAQ’…we should have ‘American Boudica, Love is like an Onion’ on the shelf by 9/15/10…The website should be ready by 10/1/10…it is a lot of work…I am so glad for all the helping hands…Chris and I have gotten the Skype down to a science…often makes me feel like I am on that cartoon ‘ The Jetson’s ‘ with my video phone…some things are just amazing…I can remember when that was a futuristic thing, Damb am I old…yea, but I am still cute

I will be banging down some more doors to try to get more government contracts…I have been on hold with this as I had so much else going on…so much for a summer break…people going back to work is more important than me sitting on my ass…so I will not complain;)

I have started seeing the change of season…fall is on the way, but the heat is not abating…the flowers and bugs have changed…this has been the colorful grasshopper year…we have had green, red and yellow ones hopping and flying everywhere…their nightly song does not come through an MP3 player and is very comforting…I will be kind of sad to see them go…I am getting ready to cut down the lilies…the crape myrtles’ have taken well to their new home…I have 3 more to plant…I also have 2 extra if you want them

The kids are well…mom has been home for a few now and is getting back into the swing of things…dad has the yard looking right again…he had to rip up his tomato from the turvey thing because a caterpillar ate it…the heat of the summer, after such a cold winter…made some things beautiful and made other look half dead…I think it amazed us both how much came back…isn’t nature cool

We have let everything around the pond grow tall to protect the fish…the water stays clear and cool when the sun does not shine directly on it…I like to stand on the deck and watch when they eat…They have been liking all the bugs jumping in the water…you can here the snap across the water…their orange and white colors have been shining this summer…must be all the grasshoppers…

The cat has been wanting to be brushed a lot…he is starting to shed again…the dogs have been liking their weekly bath…chew bitems is so small when he shakes off, the tub does not even get wet…when Shinara shakes off, she soaks the whole bathroom…Draco just sits there and gives me the evil eye…he loves to get in the tub and hates to get out…the gliders have been quiet since the others have been gone…the last few nights they have been letting me play with them again…I guess I am forgiven…all in all not bad at the moment

I have been enjoying the new TV…I do not get to watch very much…as a matter of fact, I DVR everything…so when I do get to sit for a few, I can fast forward through commercials, I can watch 3 half hour or 2 one hour shows in and hour…it is quite cool to stream the Netflix…I have had great luck with it…the Wii looks quite cool on the screen too…it has been a lot of fun

The pool has been a challenge…a friend of mine mentioned a pool service…I was a little green with envy until I went out the next morning…cleaning the pool may not be everyone’s thing, but you can learn about the area you live in by what happens with the water…it’s clarity can speak to you of what is in the air…the bugs you remove let you know when to plant or cut…the back yard has been much greener than the front due to the humidity the pool gives off…I am addicted to my pool…lol…I still try for twice a day and for at least 20 minutes…it has really helped me keep going in this heat

I have been gathering wood for the induction ceremony…I am very nervous and excited

There was a haze across the moon tonight…this is never a good thing…I will pray t passes quickly…Walt called me about a broke fuel line and overtime has been called off…I will keep faith and make the best from it…

Are you in need of sleep…if so you can go to most local grocery store vitamin isles and find Valerian…as always ask you doctor, but it has been working for 100s of years…no need for heavy prescriptions doing damage to the body…it is also a pretty plant

Life is good…I accepted the fact many years ago sleep is not a requirement, life is…I have really felt great about where life is right now…its not perfect, but good none the less

It is my hope that this finds you with a smile…some good thoughts of your own…may you find at least 3 blessings in you life today (small ones count)…

Blessed be,

D, Cooper-Rooney, LMT
